The product

One job record drives everything.

Documentation, billing, reviews, and payroll are the same data seen from different angles. Here's how each pillar works — and why living in one system changes the math.

Documentation

Photos are the evidence behind every invoice.

Field techs snap and tag photos as they work. The office gets a clean, per-job gallery — before/after, model plates, damage, sign-off. When a customer disputes a charge, the proof is one click away instead of lost in someone's camera roll.

  • Tag photos to the exact job and customer
  • Uploaded straight from the field app to storage
  • The gallery is the backbone of invoices and disputes

Jobs & dispatch

The full lifecycle: customer to invoice.

The backbone of the product. Customers become jobs; jobs get scheduled and dispatched to a crew; work becomes estimates and invoices. It's one pipeline where every stage knows about the last — no re-keying between a CRM and a billing tool.

  • Customers → jobs → scheduling → estimates → invoices
  • Assign crews and see the pipeline at a glance
  • Multiple invoices per job, standalone estimates, and more

Messaging & reviews

Two-way SMS, and reviews that ask themselves.

Message customers by text right from the job, keep the whole thread on the record, and — the moment a job is marked complete — Crewbound sends a review request automatically. Your reputation grows on autopilot while the reputation dashboard tracks it.

  • Two-way SMS with customers, tied to the job
  • Automated review requests on job completion
  • Internal team chat, plus a shared customer inbox

Time clock & payroll

Hours worked become paychecks.

Crews clock in and out — ideally geofenced to the job site — and every hour is tied to the job it was worked on. The office sets each worker's clock-in method and pay rate; hours roll into timesheets, and timesheets flow into QuickBooks Payroll. The same approved invoices sync to QuickBooks accounting.

  • Job-level clock in/out with breaks and pay periods
  • Per-worker clock mode and dated pay-rate history
  • Invoices → QuickBooks Online · hours → QuickBooks Payroll
