One plan. Everything included. You pay for seats.
No feature gates, no “call us for the module that does invoicing.” $199 a month covers the shop, then $59 for each person in the portal and $25 for each tech on a phone. Only active users bill.
30-day money back, starting the day your phone goes live · no setup fee · annual saves 20%
Three shops, one formula.
These aren’t tiers — every one of them gets every feature. They’re the same arithmetic worked out for three sizes, so you can find yours without a calculator.
- Platform$199
- 2 office × $59$118
- 4 field × $25$100
- Platform$199
- 2 office × $59$118
- 6 field × $25$150
- Platform$199
- 3 office × $59$177
- 12 field × $25$300
Bigger than this? The formula doesn’t change and there is no enterprise tier waiting to be quoted at you — a 4-office, 20-field shop is $935. Multi-location is the one case worth a conversation.
A platform fee, plus the people using it.
One base rate per shop, a seat for each person in the portal, and a smaller seat for each tech on a phone. Only active users bill — turn someone off and the seat stops at the next invoice. There is no setup fee. Annual is 20% off, and founding shops keep 40% off for life.
30 days to change your mind — and the clock doesn’t start until your phone is live. Carrier approval for business texting takes 10–15 days. We’re not going to run your evaluation window down while you’re waiting on them.
Includes your number, carrier registration, 1,000 texts and 1,000 call minutes a month. Going over never stops you sending — it shows up in the app before it shows up on the invoice.

You’re already paying four bills for this.
Here is what the same eight-person shop pays today for the four tools Crewbound replaces, at each vendor’s published list price. We’ve shown the arithmetic so you can check it against your own invoices rather than take our word for it.

List prices checked August 2026, billed monthly, for 2 office staff and 6 techs. Housecall Pro is shown as a range because their included-user count isn’t published precisely; Podium doesn’t publish pricing at all, so $399 is their commonly reported Core rate — most shops report paying $450–600 once add-ons land. If your real numbers are lower than these, tell us and we’ll correct the page.
Questions we’d ask too
Is it one plan or tiers?
One plan. Every feature on this page is included at every size — there is no version of Crewbound where the review automation or the price book is behind an upgrade. The three columns above are the same formula worked out for three shops, not three products. What scales is how many people are using it, which is what seats are for.
Why seats instead of a flat price for up to 10 users?
Because banded plans make shops share logins to stay under the band, and this product breaks when they do — the time clock, per-tech timesheets, and photo attribution are what make payroll and job costing work. We'd rather never give you a reason to dodge the count. It also means a three-person shop isn't subsidising a twenty-person one.
Do I pay for a tech who left in March?
No. Only active users bill. Turning someone off on the Team page stops their seat at the next invoice and keeps everything they did — timesheets, photos, notes, messages all stay attributed to them. HVAC is seasonal and your bill should be too.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Getting your number registered with the carriers, importing your customers and price book, and the onboarding call are all included. Some platforms in this category charge $100–250 for that, and ServiceTitan charges thousands. We'd rather your first invoice be the same as your second one.
There's no free trial?
No — there's something better for a product shaped like this one. Getting your number registered with the carriers takes 10 to 15 days, which is most of a trial spent unable to use the half of Crewbound you're actually switching for. So instead: you're a customer from day one, we do the setup properly, and you get 30 days to change your mind starting the day your texting goes live. Cancel in that window and we refund every dollar you have paid us.
What if my number never gets approved?
Then it's on us and you get your money back, whenever you ask. The guarantee window can't start until you're live, so you're never out of time because a carrier sat on your paperwork. (There's an outer limit of 60 days from signup so it isn't open-ended, but if we genuinely couldn't get you live in that time, we'll refund you anyway.)
What do card payments cost?
2.9% + 30¢ for cards and 1% (capped at $10) for bank transfer, which is what Stripe charges us — we don't currently mark it up. On a $12,000 install that's the difference between $358 and $10, so it's worth pushing customers toward the bank option, and the product does.
What does a founding shop get?
We're early and taking a small number of shops willing to run their real business on this while it's young and tell us where it hurts. Those shops keep 40% off for life — not for a year, for as long as they're a customer. If that sounds like a bad trade for you, it probably is; wait for us.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Customers, jobs, invoices, photos and timesheets export out. If billing lapses, your account goes read-only rather than dark — everything stays visible and exportable, because holding a shop's customer list hostage is the worst thing a vendor can do. We hold your phone number for 30 days in case you come back.
Price your shop in ten seconds.
$199, plus $59 for everyone in the office and $25 for everyone in a truck. That’s the whole thing — and 30 days to change your mind once your phone is live.
