Crewbound is a product of Penderra LLC (“Penderra,” “we,” “us”). Crewbound is the system of record for a home-services business, so it holds real operational data — customers, jobs, photos, hours, and dollars. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account details for the people who use Crewbound (name, email, role), the business records you enter (customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, and time entries), and standard technical data such as device and log information needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the product: showing your crew their jobs, syncing invoices to QuickBooks, sending customer messages and review requests, and turning logged hours into timesheets. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we use it only to send the messages you asked for — replies about your inquiry, demo, or account, and service messages from a business that runs on Crewbound. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for any other purpose. Message frequency varies. Email we send you
For the account emails Crewbound sends you directly — your welcome email and other messages about your own account — we record whether the link in the message was followed, so support can tell an invitation that never arrived from one that arrived and stalled. We do this by noting the visit when you land on our own sign-in page. We do not use tracking pixels, we do not measure whether an email was opened, and we do not store your IP address. These records are deleted after 90 days. Messages a business sends its own customers through Crewbound — invoices, estimates, and review requests — are not tracked at all.
Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to your company and enforced at the database level with row-level security. One company can never see another company's data — this is enforced in code, not left to configuration.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers (for hosting, email, and messaging) that process data on our behalf under contract. Each is bound to confidentiality and security obligations.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Company owners control who has access and can remove members at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. On request, we delete or anonymize data that we no longer need.
