Crewbound is a product of Penderra LLC (“Penderra,” “we,” “us”). Crewbound is the system of record for a home-services business, so it holds real operational data — customers, jobs, photos, hours, and dollars. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account details for the people who use Crewbound (name, email, role), the business records you enter (customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, and time entries), and standard technical data such as device and log information needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the product: showing your crew their jobs, syncing invoices to QuickBooks, sending customer messages and review requests, and turning logged hours into timesheets. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to your company and enforced at the database level with row-level security. One company can never see another company's data — this is enforced in code, not left to configuration.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers (for hosting, email, and messaging) that process data on our behalf under contract. Each is bound to confidentiality and security obligations.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Company owners control who has access and can remove members at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. On request, we delete or anonymize data that we no longer need.
